This document is a proposal to the Anglican Consultative Council from the Inter-Anglican Standing Commission on Unity, Faith and Order (IASCUFO). It discusses theological reflections and unresolved issues related to decision-making structures within the Anglican Communion, inspired by the calls from the Lambeth Conference.
