Amplifying Global conversations
Connecting the threads of our shared mission
The Anglican Communion is a global family of tens of millions of Christians, across more than 165 countries. Every day, in every province, Anglicans are living out the Five Marks of Mission in diverse and dynamic ways.
From a local parish running a climate resilience project to a team of theologians addressing bioethics, our witness is vibrant and widespread. The Anglican Communion Office helps connect these threads through Global Conversations, amplifying the many voices of our church into a coherent, global witness.
Supporting Shared Mission
The Anglican Communion Office invites Anglicans to join Global Conversations that engage with church and world affairs.
To help take these priorities forward, we connect the theological focus of Faith and Order with the global engagement of Advocacy. We support Commissions on specialist issues such as Science, Theological Education, and Safe Church. We also connect with the Communion’s diverse Networks and amplify the lived experience of Member Churches.
As the Secretariat, we align these distinct efforts to serve the Communion’s shared witness.
