This document, known as The Canterbury Statement, was agreed upon by the International Commission for Anglican–Orthodox Theological Dialogue in 2020. It addresses the theological, spiritual, and ethical dimensions of the ecological and environmental crisis, emphasizing the divine gift of creation and the responsibility of Anglicans and Orthodox to act as stewards of the earth.
