Communiqué from the Meeting of ARCIC III in Erfurt (14–20 May 2017)

The Anglican–Roman Catholic International Commission (ARCIC) held its seventh meeting of the current phase (ARCIC III) in Erfurt, Germany, from 14–20 May, 2017. The meeting focused on examining ‘the Church as Communion, local and universal’ and resulted in an agreed statement titled ‘Walking Together on the Way: Learning to be Church – Local, Regional, Universal’. The Commission also reviewed its work on discerning ethical teaching within the Church.
