This document outlines the aims, structural framework, and timetable of the ‘Bible in the Life of the Church’ project, which was initiated in response to tensions within the Anglican Communion regarding the interpretation and use of scripture. The project seeks to re-evaluate and explore how Anglicans use the Bible, encouraging shared reading and reflection across cultural and regional boundaries.
