This document contains the opening words delivered at a multi-faith service held on July 21, 2005, at The Liberal Jewish Synagogue in St. John’s Wood. The service was organised in collaboration with the Central London Mosque and St John’s Wood Churches, aiming to remember the victims of the July 7th bombings and to promote peace and reconciliation among different faith communities.
