This document outlines the concept and planning of an Anglican Relief and Development Alliance, following a consultation at Lambeth Palace. It includes background information, a report from the planning meeting held in January 2009, and questions for discussion at the ACC 14. The initiative aims to enhance collaborative relief, development, and advocacy activities within the Anglican Communion.
