This year the Anglican Communion has a delegation attending the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) in Glasgow, Scotland. This policy brief addresses climate resilience and just financing as two interconnected policy priorities and areas in which the Member Churches of the Anglican Communion have specific expertise and concerns. The brief has been drafted under the auspices of the Anglican Consultative Council’s COP26 Working Group in preparation for the 2021 UNFCCC COP26 and presents specific policy recommendations for governments, multilateral organisations, financial institutions, private sector, and civil society, including faith actors.
