This document is a report from the second meeting of the Covenant Design Group held in London in February 2008. The group worked on developing a second draft of the Anglican Covenant, incorporating feedback from various provinces and organisations within the Anglican Communion. The draft, known as the St Andrew’s Draft, was prepared for further reflection and discussion at the Lambeth Conference.
