The St Andrew’s Communique details the proceedings of the Covenant Design Group’s second meeting, held to develop a second draft of the Anglican Covenant. The document outlines the group’s review of feedback on the initial Nassau Draft and presents the new St Andrew’s Draft for further reflection and discussion within the Anglican Communion.
