The Conference is of opinion that it should be the recognised practice of the Churches of our Communion:
at all times to baptize the children of members of any Church of the Orthodox Eastern Communion in cases of emergency, provided that there is a clear understanding that baptism should not be again administered to those so baptized;
at all times to admit members of any Church of the Orthodox Eastern Communion to communicate in our churches, when they are deprived of the ministrations of a priest of their own Communion, provided that
they are at that time admissible to communion in their own Churches,and
are not under any disqualification so far as our own rules of discipline are concerned.
