With the excused absence of two members of the Canadian delegation, this 11th gathering of AIN was fully attended by all its member delegations. The gathering was held at the Kilauea Military Camp Retreat, Volcano National Parks on the island of Hawai‘i, from April 23 to 27, 2009.
