The Overseas Bishops Fund

The Overseas Bishops Fund (OBF) supports the establishment and maintenance of bishoprics within the Anglican Communion outside the British Isles. Established over 185 years ago, the OBF provides grants to enhance the leadership capacity of dioceses, enabling bishops and senior Church leaders to fulfil their ministry effectively. Funding is available for themes such as capacity-building, training, travel, and infrastructure development, strengthening best practices for the Church’s mission.
