The Anglican Consultative Council Office at the United Nations works with several Dominican Sisters on the "Iraq working group" of the ECUMENICAL NGO's. The Dominicans are very active in Iraq. The good sisters have forwarded to us information about their community in IRAQ and about Sr. Marie Therese Hanna, OP, former prioress of the Dominican Sisters in Iraq, being here in the USA for an extraordinary meeting and visit with about 15 Dominicans who represent an array of OP organizations in the US.
