[L'Eglise Episcopal au Rwanda - Rwanda] Rwanda is one of the few countries on the African continent with good natural vegetation and hills which have shaped it into what it is today, despite the 1994 Genocide which caused the death of nearly one milllion people.

The country is now peaceful, with many developments happening. Peace projects are being put in place via churches, schools and local communities in an attempt to harmonize the society.

Today, Rwanda has very many recreation centers across the country, which have contributed to bringing together all Rwandans as one people and one nation. Recreation centers have also helped to attract foreign tourists and hence economic recovery.

One of the recreational centers is found near a newly built Episcopal theological college in Kabuga. This has shaped the beauty of the campus since the recreational center is adjacent to the college.
