[L'Eglise Episcopal au Rwanda - Rwanda] The building of the Theological College of the Episcopal Church of Rwanda has reached its final phases. The college is slated to commence in February 2006.
Effective coordination is going on between Rwandan educational experts and the Rector, the Rev. Seeds Richard, with a view to opening the college with good, modern educational courses envisaged in Vision 2020 for attaining holistic development.
The Rev. Seeds Richard said this to the press at the site of the campus. He said the college would change into a fully-fledged university in the near future. Different academic faculties would be put into place after three years.
