[L'Eglise Episcopal au Rwanda - Rwanda] The leader of the Anglican Church of Rwanda, Archbishop Emmanuel Kolini has urged Rwandans to forgive one another for the sake of pleasing God the Almighty.

The prelate said this on March 2, to over 80 participants who had come from various churches of the country to attend a five-day workshop on HIV-Aids education at Biryogo in Nyarugenge district.

In his opening remark, Kolini urged the audience to forgive one another so as to be blessed.

"Love and forgiveness is the foundation for any established society, you should therefore forgive one another for the good of the society," he said, adding that the church has a role to fight the stigma around HIV and Aids stigma and discrimination among its flock. He advised faith groups to love and care for the people that live with HIV/Aids for the good of the nation.

The workshop, which started on 26, February, was organized by the Province of the Anglican Church of Rwanda in conjunction with Samaritan's Purse International.
