A service of thanksgiving for the Ministry of Rev Colin Peattie and Rev Dr Oliver Simon was presided by Archdeacon Stenio Andre at St Clement's Church . Rev Colin was ordained Deacon at St Paul's Cathedral , London in 1963 and Rev Dr Oliver was ordained Deacon at the University Church in Oxford in 1971.
