| Bishop Travels to Francophone Anglican Meeting |

[Diocese of Antsiranana - Indian Ocean] The Francophone network of the Anglican Communion met in Montreal, Canada, for the week of July 12 to 19.
During the meeting, the Rt. Revd. Roger F.H. Chung Po Chuen, Bishop of Antsiranana Diocese, was invited to preach by the Rev. Canon David Oliver at St. Thomas' Church in the Notre Dame De Grace suburb of Montreal. Archdeacon James Wong of Mauritius officiated at the service.
The Francophone Conference was held at the Diocesan Theological Seminary, opposite the famous McGill University of Montreal. Prof. John Simmons, Dean of the seminary, generously hosted the conference in this prestigious institution.
Bishop Chung also met former parishioners of St Paul's Church in Port Louis, Mauritius. Mr and Mrs Ahkion, who emigrated to Canada 15 years ago, are retired but are still leading a very busy life.
