UTO FUNDED construction of the New Theological and Pastoral center of the Diocese of Antsiranana has reached the roof however the country is mourning the 150 dead during riots and looting and burning of shops in Antananarivo and in the provinces.

[Diocese of Antsiranana - Indian Ocean] The construction of the New Theological and Pastoral center of the Diocese of Antsiranana has reached the roof however the country is mourning the 150 dead during riots and looting and burning of shops in Antananarivo and in the provinces.
PROF GARETH JONES was present for the laying of the foundation stone a year ago. At this time the consruction has reached its roof. The Alpha HTB Course and TEE courses will also be instructed at this center.
