[Diocese of Antsiranana - Indian Ocean] The Rev Oliver Simon visits the Diocese of Antsiranana and walks from Anivorano to Ankiabe village Church , a walk through the Antakarana reserve which lasted 15 hours ....due the mountainous landscape. The journey started at 11 am and as Bishop Roger Chung travelled with Rev Oliver Simon who is also the Secretary of PIOSA , water ran out and so the tiredness was stingy. The group finally reached the destination at 3 am in the the early hours of the morning . We were exhausted but glad to reach the village church where the surrounding churches gathered for their yearly meeting. After a night of short sleep with rats running all over the shack, the morning service started at 8 am .The ministry in the poverty striken place brought friendship and faith in Jesus Christ as a light to be experienced and lived out in the simplest way possible through the power of the Holy Spirit.
