[Diocese of Antsiranana - Indian Ocean] St Matthew cathedral clebrated the 5th anniversary of the consecration of Bishop Roger Chung Jaomalaza in the newly built Cathedral. As the Cathedral was inaugurated on the 17th June 2007, the first anniversary of the new Cathedral also took place at the same time.
A very eventful service with Scouts from Ambilobe as special guests brought great animation to the celebration.
Bishop Roger sang a few malagasy songs during his thanksgiving sermon for these 5 yrs of exciting ministry as the Bishop of Antsiranana Diocese.
He ended his sermon with the words of Philp 4.4 : Rejoice in the Lord always and do not worry but in everything give thanks......
