[Diocese of Antsiranana - Indian Ocean] The Province of the Indian Ocean has received a fresh touch of the Holy Spirit as the international SOMA ( Sharing Of Ministries Abroad ) led by Revs Don Brewin and John Wyndham led a week of training for the delegates of all the Dioceses of the Indian Ocean. The training was held in the new Eklesia Episkopaly Malagasy IFLA center near the St Paul's Theological College in Ambatoharanana '( Ivontoerana Fiofanana sy Lalao Anglican Iavombony ).
