[Diocese of Antsiranana - Indian Ocean] The Pastoral and Theological center of Antsiranana which is being funded by UTO the UNITED THANK OFFERING OF TEC is progressing. The work has reached the level of the ceiling of the ground floor.
The Rt Rev Roger Chung Jaomalaza hopes to complete the building at the end of this year provided that no major cyclone visits the Diocese during the summer season.
