Bishops and their spouses at the Lambeth Conference are joining USPG: Anglicans in World Mission for aerobics sessions twice a day during the Conference.
The sessions are led by Sandy Matthews Marsh, a qualified aerobics instructor from Kent,
"USPG sees mission as being holistic - for the body, mind and spirit" said Bishop Michael Doe, General Secretary of USPG, "and these aerobic sessions are a good way of exercising the body! Its good to see Bishops and their spouses from all over the Anglican Communion coming together for something fun, as well as the serious business of the Conference."
Sandy Matthews Marsh commented "Taking part in a conference can often mean much sitting around and listening. It's important that there are opportunities to take appropriate exercise, and aerobics is a fun way to do this."
