Drawing on the Indian churches’ experience of Christian disunity in the realities of casteism, churches around the world are celebrating the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity with a particular focus on justice as integral to the unity they seek.
The Student Christian Movement has announced Revd Raj Bharath Patta as keynote speaker for their upcoming conference ‘Seeds of Liberation’. The annual conference aims to inspire a new generation of Christian students to work for justice and peace.
“Any discussion about an alternative financial architecture must take into account the design, role and ownership as well as the powers that control information and communication structures,” says Rev. Dr Karin Achtelstetter, General Secretary of the World Association for Christian Communication (WACC).
