After a lengthy consultation with the Governor, the Bishop made his report at a press conference at St. Monica's Anglican Church in Provo. At the same time he called on TC Islanders to be respectful in dealing with the interim government.

Boyd said, “I am disturbed to learn that there have been numerous instances when persons have been impolite, rude and even insulting to the Governor and other government officials...this is inexcusable.”

However, that said, the Bishop noted too that the sense of hopelessness and disenfranchisement among the locals is too strong and widespread for such a small country.
