CMS trustees interviewed candidates for the role of executive leader this week. Thank you for your prayers for this process.

At this time, after much discussion and prayer, the trustees have decided not to appoint a new leader from amongst the candidates interviewed.

Over the next few weeks, the trustees will reflect on the process and re-advertise the role. Please continue to pray for the right person to be found to fill this important position.

In the meantime, the CMS senior management team will continue to share in leadership responsibilities.

Martyn Snow, vice-chair of CMS trustees, said, “We are immensely grateful for our current staff team, who continue to take CMS forward confidently. Please pray for them, especially directors who have extra responsibilities.

"We also continue to give thanks for CMS people in mission all around the world as well as here in the UK who are daily sharing Jesus and seeing lives changed."
