Salary Laity on a starting salary of £44,850 pa and to ordained clergy on a residentiary canon stipend plus housing.

Key Areas:

Supporting the Archbishop in matters of international development relating to his Anglican Communion responsibilities,you will oversee the international development team and work collaboratively with external partners and colleagues.

You will also engage in high level policy discussions, representing the voice of the church in secular government and development forums.

Person Specification

Committed to the Church's community development work, you will have a passion for the role of faith groups in

advocating for poverty and justice issues. With an appreciation of the cultures and traditions of Anglican churches around the world, you will be flexible, with a good sense of humour and good political judgement.

The post holder should be a communicant member of the Church of England, or of a Church in Communion therewith*.
